Nature of Cryptocurrencies: The value of cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly. You should only risk capital that you are prepared to lose.
Technological Risks: The underlying technologies (blockchain, smart contracts) are complex and may be subject to technical issues, hacks, or security breaches.
Regulatory Risks: The regulatory landscape for cryptocurrencies is constantly evolving and may change, which could impact the Services.

3. Fees and Payments
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as disclosed on our "Fees" page, which may be updated from time to time.
Transaction Fees: Fees for buying, selling, and withdrawing cryptocurrencies will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.
Network Fees: You may also be responsible for network transaction fees (miner fees) on blockchain networks, which are not set by Fiora.

6. Termination and Governing Law
We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your Account at any time by contacting our support team.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise specified.
